Okay, so I never paid attention until I saw this hi-res picture of her just now.
I know she's young in that pic, but I don't think anybody's nose thins out THAT much with age alone.

It's hard for me to find a recent picture of her face head on without any obvious airbrushing.
I've never noticed it before, but yeah, definately I think she's had a nose job.

Your nose and ears are one of the few things that keeps growing as you age, so technically, there is no way her nose would "thin out" with age...the only possibility is to get bigger, not smaller.

ages ago i read somewhere that she did have a nose job when she was quite young & the nose they gave her was a scaled down version of her actual nose, so it wouldn't be as noticeable that she had it done.
