Christopher Knight's nose job
I know a nose can change with age, but I think this one's been helped along by a plastic surgeon. Still good looking no matter what.

ew. it's a horrible nose job too. the tip looks totally butchered. i bet he did it a long time ago because it's not exactly subtle PS.

It may or may not be a nose job, it definitely looks like it's been touched by a surgeon, but on the other hand Christian Bale's nose looks like that and his is completely natural

I don't know. There's about 30-40 years between those pix.
A LOT can happen naturally to the shape and size of a person's
nose in that much amount of time.

Wow, I can't even believe someone's trying to compare a childhood picture with that of a middle-aged picture. Not even in the same hemisphere!

I have no idea who this guy is or if he's had anything done, but he does look a little plastic. The tip of the nose has a weird pinched look to it.
