I have to say Kiki looks very pretty in some pics but not always so great in others. Anyway I found these two pics which have almost the same proportion, posture, light, quality and angle.
Do you think she had a little work done on her nose? I tend to say not, because she's always been avoiding all that fashion scene and stuff, but this evidence made me doubt...

I thought so, too. And it looks like the bump is smaller also... it looks like the whole nose is smaller.

That's not a nosejob. She could definitely use a nosejob though... But I don't think that's the only thing she'd need to have done in order to be pretty.

Agree. The rason for this thread was that I couldn't believe her going under the knife. It would have been such a shame.
