New nose on the left as of 2/4/07. Nose on the right in October 2006.
Jennifer Aniston confirmed that she had a little nose work to fix a past problem last year. She had the work in December and debuted her now schnoze at the Santa Barbara Film Festival last night. Jen was in town to promote her directorial debut on “Room 10.” The movie stars Robin Wright Penn and Kris Kristofferson.

Cant see a difference whatsoever. The chin is still a problem.
She looks horrible in that top photo- beauty my arse.

Hard to tell when the photos could be from the same day. Same coloured clothes, same hair...same..same, dull.

It looks different in the top pic... like it has a ski slope now instead of being straight.

Maybe she was telling the truth about the 'septum'- it was damaged because of coke use.

the new nose looks thinner to me.. other than that, the same boring, homely Jennifer. She'll never, ever try anything new as far as hair or makeup. So insecure it's painful. And why is she promoting the same 10 min short she co-directed again?

What coke use? I've heard that she and Brad were pot heads but I've never heard anything about coke.
Besides coke use doesn't really cause a deviated septum,I think it causes septum perforation and collapse.
She looks the same to me. Kinda cute even..

she looks awful in the first 2 pictures. i think her nose is still swollen. her nose looked better before, well see how it looks when it heals.

The top photo looks different than other photos of her nose but I'm not sure she's ever been photographed from that angle before.
The other two look exactly the same to me.

See the blind item thread... i posted it in there- the blind item said- That actress who went in for a deviated septum- who knew she still had a septum. Its obvious she's been on something, she looks shiteous- she was cute back in the early days of friends.

She is an ugly woman. I don't know how she's been marketed as a beauty. Her new nose doesn't look that much different. I never thought her nose was that bad anyway, it's her mannish chin.

She has looked good on ocassion but if you look closely at her face, she's not beautiful at all.
