It's still too early to tell. It looks a little pinched in the after picture, but it's not very obvious.

Well if she truly did only have the surgery to correct the deviated septum, and not cosmetic reasons, then the difference shouldn't be that obvious anyway, right?

I guess I'm weird, because I've always thought that she was really pretty and I love her in any movie I've seen her in! Even before Friends, when she was on some crappy little show called, The Edge, I thought she was a cutie. And she was much chubbier then too.

Tictac, I think she looked better when she was chubbier, fuller cheeks make the chin stand out less.

I've always found her to be cute too but it's all so subjective so who cares.

Look at her chin in the pic on the right. Does it look like she has dents in it? The folds around it are getting more extreme as she ages. I've never seen something like that on a woman. I still think it's from extreme dieting and all the smiling she does. It's built up thos muscles around her mouth.

her nose is definitely straighter and the bridge is narrower but i liked her underdog nose. she looks like a taxidermy project in the feb 2007 photo. why don't these dysmorphic broads realize that their "flaws" are what sometimes make them interesting?

She looked better in the 2006 photo. I thought the idea of surgery was to look better not worse. She puts the HOME in homely- as in go home and get out of my face already.

I agree, it's still swollen, so it's too early to tell. It looks a little thinner and more refined to me, but it could be the angles. I heard she had originally had her nose done long ago, so this would be operation number 2 if so.

I don't think she did, after seeing more pictures of her since this. I know she had one years ago, but not this time around.

She should have her chin shaved down tho.
