Her whole face is taking on that soft, putty look of someone who needs to lay off the plastic surgery..
secondly, yeah.. her nose is all swollen for some reason, but not red, bruised or irritated. Her whole mug is wonky.

That or she's just had it done and it's still really swollen...

She definately did something to her nostrils, they look really small. Every couple of years it seems as though she gets a new nose. Her last one wasn't bad, this one is horrible.

Apparently she went to France to have corrective surgery on her nose and lips.

Rocker COURTNEY LOVE has a new look for the New Year after reportedly undergoing rhinoplasty and lip surgery during a pre-Christmas (06) trip to France.
Sources claim the former HOLE star visited a surgeon in Paris, who specialises in fixing cosmetic disasters.
A friend of Love, who has sported collagen-pumped lips for years, tells America’s Us Weekly magazine, "She’s happy to have her mouth back." Love fuelled the surgery reports on Thursday night (04JAN07) when she arrived at the premiere of HILARY SWANK’s new movie FREEDOM WRITERS looking swollen.
Asked if she had undergone surgery in France, Love said, "I’m not going to comment on that tonight. I just think me looking human is cool." Ironically, Love announced she’d be giving up plastic surgery as part of a list of New Year’s Resolutions she posted on her website.
She vowed, "No more surgery for any reason other than medical until I really need it in my 60s."

I think her lips definitely look more natural and lots better. The new nose isn't too bad, either.
I actually like Courtney...she is such a trainwreck always in the making. If she's not fodder for gossip, I don't know who is. She's a hoot.

I immediately thought she looked like Joscelin Wildenstein too, yuck yuck yuck. Hopefully the swelling will go down and she'll look a little bit less abnormal.

Well her nose is swollen.. it'll take months for it to go down completely but if it's freshly done no wonder it looks big
