She looks different... I don't actually see what makes the "big" difference... maybe she had many different little surgeries all over!!

She's ALOT older in the after picture. She was very young on neighbours. I've met her and she's very natural.

She did something to her eyes.. probably a lift or a little tuck around them to make her appear less chubs.

I always thought she might have gotten cheek implants.
I'd want to see some pics taken at the same angle to see if her nose looks different than before.

yeah they look quite unreal, but i have the same cheekbones and I remember reading that Natalie got bullied at school because of them; like I was. So I dont think she has cheek implants. She was born with those suckers, just like me.

I don't think she's had anything done - she's just a lot older now. She was only a teenager in her 'neighbours' days & I think her bone structure has become more prominent with age & weight loss. Bare in mind her eyebrows are a lot thicker in the photo of her when she was younger. I think now, she is absolutely stunning.

She's always been absolutely stunning; she reminds me of Courteney Cox; looks more cutesy than beautiful when young and ageing absolutely gorgeous. Only I think CC's had surgery while I stand by my belief that Natalie is natural. She doesn't strike me as the type to have surgery.

I agree, I used to see her all the time in Chapel St after she did Neighbours, , she'd come into my store and chat and she was naturally beautiful and really lovely and down to earth. Her face was flawless. I think she's a little more drawn in the face after weight loss and getting older.
