I don't think she had another surgery bc usually you have to wait for a year for the results to settle before anyone will touch you again.

I think this is a result of her upbringing. If its obvious to the public that he father dotes on Jessica - going on and on about her attributes, I am sure he doesn't do the same for Ashlee. She probably has issues because of it

I would think the kind of "doting" Papa Perv does on Jessica would give a daughter way more issues than the lack thereof.

I agree.
And, then, I also think she was better just after her 1st nose surgery: her new (still kinda big) nose used to fit her features so well she looked she was born with it.
Now, it has such a strong french tip... it looks so unnatural.
And I also hope she has enough sense to stop having re-surgeries: next Jacko is on the line...

It's not necessarily a new nosejob. She had her first one in the spring, right? Her nose never seemed to be noticeably swollen, but it still takes about a year for the swelling to completely subside. Swelling resolves faster in the bridge, as the tip takes longer to heal. After a nosejob you can expect to see changes in your nose even after a year.
So her "second nose job" could just be that the swelling at the tip has resolved , making it look smaller.
