I think it's a prosthetic glued on, with build up cheeks and fake teeth.
Either that, or she had half her face ripped off and this was the best they could do.
but it looks fake to me.

Something is off about that face. My first thought was maybe she (is it a he = tranny?) had some facial deformity cuz I see some scars.
Or she had like back alley PS and it totally messed her face up.

but look at... it's.. eyes. The left one is pointing in a totally different direction than the one on the right.
It almost looks like a glass eye.
I think this person had some sort of horrible accident happen to their face and this was the best they could do
