God Nicole is difficult to assess!!!!! Some old pics do look different but when I watch old movies of her, her nose is quite similar. She is very beautiful now( anyone who says any different is clearly jealous). I am sure however that she has used botox her face at times is expressionless and looks tight.

The nose is pretty much the same, her face just slimmed with aging. I say no PS for her, definitely... just tons of botox.

I'm not sure about the nose job. Botox? Yes. And she is so overrated.

Nope, I don't think Nicole Kidman had a nose job. She's just a Botox queen. It's a shame, because she was so fetching before she got all Botoxed up.

^She's had botox, recently her lips for some odd reason and fixed her gums when she was young. Not THAT MUCH. Her nose is real.
