Man he looks better with age too. Why is everyone like 'Clooney looks so good for his age', I used to think Clooney was at least 50! Matt Dillon is hot.

He has a small nose, I think its natural. I cant see him as the type who'd have surgery, he doesn't seem to care about his appearance.

And on a side note, my sister saw him in NY—walked past him actually—and she said he was ridiculously good looking in real life. I never though he was anything special, and neither did she, but the way she sounded on the phone, she sounded really SHOCKED at how good looking he is. I thought it was interesting.

Ohh god your lucky sister! haha. Although I love his looks, I've read too much about him being a not so nice person in real life, and i read on bitterwaitress.com that he is unhygenic [like cameron diaz, and thats funny because they dated]. He's still gorgeous though.

I have never read any dirt on him so I know nothing about him. All I know now is that he's 100x better looking in real life! Apparently!

Well he came into the cafe with some scruffy friends of his. He was wearing a soiled white tee shirt and had some body odor to him and the teeth looked like they were not brushed for a couple of days. He had a real attitude and didnt want to wait to be served. He ordered ham and eggs over easy and toast and coffee. He wanted separate checks and his friends were very standoffish as well. Dillon has come to this particular cafe for many years now, and often leaves only ten percent tip if at all. He looks NOTHING like his movie star persona, has gigantic elephant type of ears and still seems to think he is a hot item. Anyway, he is a lousy tipper and has a bad attitude and B.O. on top of it. Take a bath for chrissakes!!!!

Update; i knew he was ps free, and i was right. I saw his old movies from the 80s this week and he looks no different, nose is EXACTLY the same. He's even got a sort of dent at the tip on one side. His face has hardly changed at all.
