I actually like her original nose, I think it fits better with her other facial features.

She should've kept her original nose, IMO. I think she was prettier. If she was going to get a nose job, she should've taken so much cartilage off/away/whatever.

New nose is too small for her face. Now her face looks big, cheeky, flat and when she smiles she has dents where her nostrils used to be.
