It certainly looks different, the bump has disappeared. In her recent Maxim shoot her nose had no bump but it was heavily airbrushed - i doubt this pic is photoshopped as well.

she's wearing sunglasses, go look at the latest photos, she was at an event yesterday and the bump is definetly still there

Yes, SVZ is correct.
Check out the photos of her at the T-Mobile Sidekick party - the bump is still there.

Yeah, I guess maybe it's a stunt "double" (ala Katie Holmes). Either way I still thinks she's a total douche bag.
