Nicole, whose ever-shrinking figure has sparked speculation she may have an eating disorder, says she is happy with the rest of her body.

The star has admitted she is skinny, but blames her slender frame on her hectic work schedule.

Nicole, the adopted daughter of pop legend Lionel Richie, said: "Am I thin? Yes, no doubt about it? But to say I'm on the verge of death is just untrue."

I doubt it. She's actually one of the few stars that are honest. And I'm glad she's actually admitting she would like surgery, instead of covering it up after she has done it. She's pretty honest and doesn't hide a lot.

There's nothing wrong with her nose. She needs to concentrate on gaining weight and getting healthy again, instead of worrying about her nose.

Oh no, how sad. She's worrying about a nose that has nothing wrong with it, when she needs to be worrying about eating something so she doesn't end up dead- from anorexia, or from too much drugs.

I'm not sure if she's already had a nose job but I found these pics. Don't know the dates but the first one was before the weight loss and second is after. So if it is true that she had ps during her weight loss, these pics should show it...

Her nose definitely looks slimmer now, but so does her whole face so maybe thats all it is. I wouldn't like to say but I certainly don't think she needs a nose job now, her nose is fine. If she's paranoid about it being too big then maybe if she put a little weight on it'd be in proportion.

yes, thats the problem. She lost all the weight in her face and your nose doesn't 'slim down' so it looks big now. She needs to eat, period.

ahahaha y'all cant be serious. or couse she's effin had a nose job... her nose is thinner and it's no longer ethnic...its horrible and long now. she's saying that so it makes her seem real. lol she kinda smart in a way. aha she got y'all foooled.
