Had never seen a before picture, but it seemed obvious. I think it's botched. That's probably why she puts the focus on her mouth with that ridiculous pursing.

i'm not convinced. i think her nose in the before pic posted here looks a lot like the one she has in her latest chanel ads. maybe the after is just an unfortunate pic?

Looks like an obvious nose job to me. She looked better before. The new nose is too small and pinched looking.
