that before pic is so fake. it's just liquified (bloated) with photoshop.

I've seen her youth pictures and her nose is just the same... STILL big but realistically big.

I can't stand her but I agree with gogogossip, that pic was photoshopped. Lady Gag looks way better as a brunette.

^ don't think that this befor pic is photoshopped. It's just a totally unflattering shaddow - on - the - nose - case. The shape is the same. But I am sure she had a nose job, I saw somewhere pictures of her when she was about 16, and the nose did look different.
But I think it was a good nose job. Yes, she has a big nose, but she would look ridiculous with a small "Hollywood"-nose.
