She looks like a horror in some shots. Too much surgery but at least she admits it I suppose.

Actually, she really needed it....her face looks so much better with a smaller nose, it really made her beautiful.

The nosejob looks awful to me. Lips are acceptable.

I dont 'approve' of plastic surgery to this extent, but she does look pretty. Although she looked absolutely gorgeous in her video clip 'All I Wanna Do' (horrible song by the way) and I think that was before she had surgery.

Yeah lol...I saw both Minogues in real life, they really do look alike. I believe that when Dannii's had the nose job her other features popped up and you could see her face better, and not a big nose hiding it - and the resemblance to Kylie was clearer.

I thought the inferior lip was a lot a lot a lot bigger... and... to be honest... even the upper lip looks pumped to me.
