Smile Pizza Salad

I just saw this on the Food Network and it looked amazing.

Take store bought pizza dough (or make your own) and flatten into 12" disk. Poke holes w fork to prevent air bubbles.
Rub roasted garlic on crust.
Add cheeses of your selection (shown with feta and mozerella).
Toss in oven at 350 degrees for 12 mins or until golden brown.

While pizza crust is cooking:
Create salad of your choice (garden greens were shown with tomatoes, peaches, and onions)
Toss with salad dressing of your selection (balsamic vinagerette was shown)

Remove pizza crust when golden.

Add salad creation to top of pizza.
Fold in half and cut in half.
Half a pizza/portion [to create more portions, simply make more pizzas or create a pizza which is larger in diameter than the suggested 12''].

It looked sooo good. I am definitely going to try it out for dinner tomorrow.

Agreed they should.
The beau and I used to pick them up on the weekend to prep for a day's worth of shopping. LOL
