These chicken wings are spicy and sweet and really tasty!
Ingredients for sauce:
2 cups cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water
3 tablespoons cracked black pepper
5 cloves crushed garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
I like to cut the chicken into drumettes, wings, and throw the pointy part away. Marinate the chicken in Italian dressing all day.
Put chicken on a wire rack on a cookie sheet with edges, or on a broil pan with foil and slits cut where the holes are. Cook at 450 degrees or until they are browned. I broil them for a couple minutes to get them crispy.
For sauce combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook on medium-low for about 30 minutes.
Then just toss the wings in the sauce and enjoy!
