    Default Crash Hot Potatoes

    ZOMG THESE are excellent!!!!

I love the Pioneer Woman Cooks blog. A lot of her recipes are too caloric or use processed foods I won't touch but her writing and photography are top notch.

YEAA! Something with step by step pictures that Cooking 101 people like me can follow! With a wonky pastry brush-just like mine! Love this!!!

KristiB-thank you so much for sharing this site with us! I have been reading for an hour & have to get back to it-I love this woman! I would never have found it without you. I feel quite brave and think I will cook something!

    These potatoes are so good.

I love her blog. I read it every morning while I guzzle coffee and try to work up the energy to actually do some work.

I love her site too. I found it months ago and have tried quite a few of her recipes.

I made those sandwiches for my husband too. He liked them.

Did you use the extra pulverized cube steak or something else?

^ I used the cube steak. I just brined it for a couple hours so it wouldn't be so tough.

I also put a slice of pepperjack cheese on them too.
