on low heat, melt a handful of grated cheddar cheese in a skillet. add 3/4 of a handful of chopped mushrooms. finally add about 3/4 of a cup sour cream. stir frequently until well mixed. adjust to create a desirable consistancy.
this sauce is awesome on chicken or steak. it has a good kick but is far from health food. (to make it a bit healthier, i use skim cheese and skim sour cream).
