This recipe is super easy and incredibly good.
Halibut with pinenut/parmesan crust

½ c. pine nuts coarsely chopped – walnuts also work well
½ grated fresh parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
4 halibut fillets (or other white fish)
chili flakes optional
Preheat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients. Place halibut in baking dish. Apply crust evenly. Bake 10-15 minutes. Don’t overcook!
