I thought you all might enjoy this. It's that time of the year when I like to make casseroles. haha
1 chicken - shred the meat. (I normally buy 6 chicken breast instead, I can only eat white meat)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 boxes of Stove Top Savory Herb Stuffing
1 1/2 stick of butter
1 can of mixed veggies
Boil the chicken and let it cool, then shred the chicken and mix it along with the soups, 1 box of stuffing mix, 1 stick of butter and veggies together and put in a 9x 13 casserole dish. Then I take the other 1/2 box of stuffing mix and crush it up and throw it all on top of the dish, melt remaining 1/2 stick of butter and put on top of the crushed stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
