First of all, trust me. If you like tuna salad and want to try something new, it's just great. I made it up.
Canned tuna in water. 7oz.
1/4 cup medium sized capers
1/4 of fresh lime - squeeze in juice
In a bowl, mix together for the dressing:
3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1- bunch finely chopped fresh dill (gotta be fresh)
2 stalks finely chopped scallions (green onions - the white part) (if you like onions)
Let the dressing chill in the refrigerator.
Mix tuna mixture with dressing.
To Serve: One avocado
Slice ripe (but not too ripe) avocado into medium slices, place on dish like a pinwheel and place tuna in the center.
Or slice avocado in half, filling each half with tuna.
Finely chopped basil on top is nice too.
Add red grape tomatos for color.
