Default Best baked potato topping

I love baked, or jacket, potatoes with chopped green onions or chives, feta cheese and hot chili powder or hot red peppers.

I also like them with broccoli and cheddar cheese. The ultimate comfort food.

Okay, I go a little nuts with my baked potato. It gets broccili, cauliflower, raw white onion, a few canned mushrooms, a little bacon SOMETIMES, and then sharp cheddar cheese. Chopped green onion on top.

I put on butter, cheddar and sour cream or either broccoli and cheddar.

I love baked potatos, but I try and go easy on them since most of what I like to put on them is so fattening.

I find a good low-cal version is feta cheese with something spicy like chili flakes or cut-up peppers and green onions.

But nothing beats "the works" with REAL bacon bits.
