Oh I love those. I always get some when we are at dim sum.
Do you have any asian supermarkets/chinese bakery in your area? Or something like a Chinatown?
You can buy them fresh or frozen and then microwave or steam them.
I think they are called "Char Siu Pao" (BBQ pork buns). I'm sure you can find a recipe on the internet.
