Peanut butter blossoms (cookies)

This recipe makes a LOT of cookies. Like 8 dozen.

Peanut Butter Blossoms

2-3 pkgs (10 oz) Hershey's kisses

Cream the following ingredients together in a large mixing bowl:
1 ½ cups Sugar
1 ½ cups Brown sugar
1 ½ cups Butter (softened) or margarine
1 ½ cups Creamy peanut butter

Beat in:
1/3 cup Milk
3 Eggs
3 teaspoons Vanilla

Mix in:
3 teaspoons baking soda
pinch of salt
5 ¼ cups sifted flour

Shape into balls. Roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Immediately press chocolate candy into each cookie after removing from oven.
