I just tasted heaven... but I don't know how to make it!

I'm not sure if this should be in the Recipe section or not, so feel free to move it PB if need be.

So I had this salad at a buffet the other night and it was so good, but I don't know how to make it and I really want to!

All that was in it was cauliflower, shrimp, dill, and some sort of creamy sauce. Does anyone know what kind of salad this is and how to make it? It was soooooooo good. I'm drooling just thinking about it...

That does sound good. Maybe it was some type of ranch dressing? Or there's a really good buttermilk dressing you can make or buy that would probably be just as good.

Thanks, but no cigar. This salad didn't have any olives or pimentos. Good thing 'cause I hate pimentos!

It was sweet. It was a cream sauce, but I have no idea what kind it was. Buttermilk like PB suggested might make sense, but I have no idea. I'll have to go back and ask!
