Default Ginger ale meatballs

Let me start off by saying that when my sister told me about this recipe I was very doubtful as was my bf. Ginger Ale???? In meatballs? Anyway it turned out wonderful!!!! You simply must try this is you like meatballs.

Meatballs:
1 pound of ground pork
1 pound of ground veal
4 eggs
1/2 Cup of instant rice
1/2 Cup of bread crumbs
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 onion diced
Mix and make 30 meatballs.

Sauce:
4 cups of Ginger Ale
1 1/2 cup of Heinz Chili Sauce
Mix the Ginger Ale and chili sauce in a pot and bring to a boil. Then simply add the un-cooked meatballs and bring back to a boil. Lower the heat and cook for 1hr30 to 2hrs.

Interesting.
I love trying new things though, if only I could get my boyfriend to go for it. He's way too picky.
