Default Simple Brie hors d'oeuvre

1 small wheel of brie cheese
2 Granny smith apples
Apricot Jam
1 French baguette

Wrap the brie in tin foil and place it on a cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 375F. During that time slice the granny smith apples very thin. Cut the french baguette into small slices, put them on a cookie sheet and toast them in the oven. When the brie and baguette slices are done place them on the table, with the sliced apples and apricot jam. People then serve themselves putting brie on the toasted bread with apples or apricot jam. It seems odd but it's great.

My girlfriend used to bake brie on top of sliced pears. I never tried it, but she loved it.

I make Brie on baguettes with fresh mangos and cilantro. It's good, too. It all sounds good.
