This is so good...but unfortunately, for many of us, the wrong season to try it!
Husk corn on the cob.
Melt about 1/4 cup butter. Squeeze in the juice of one lime. Add 1 clove choppped garlic and about 2 tsp. chili powder. Mix well.
Grill corn and baste with butter mixture during the last few minutes.
This is delicious!
