Default Chile-Lime Corn on the Cob

This is so good...but unfortunately, for many of us, the wrong season to try it!

    Husk corn on the cob.

Melt about 1/4 cup butter. Squeeze in the juice of one lime. Add 1 clove choppped garlic and about 2 tsp. chili powder. Mix well.

Grill corn and baste with butter mixture during the last few minutes.

    This is delicious!

That does sound good! I froze quite a bit of fresh corn this year. Maybe I'll try it on the loose variety.

Sounds good - sweetcorn can too, well, 'sweet' sometimes so the chilli/lime combo would add the necessary 'sour'.

Just because you're offended doesn't mean you're right.
