Here it is:

Elbow Macaroni (or any other kind you want-I prefer elbow)
Whole Milk
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag of another yellow cheese (like colby jack, shred yourself if you can't find already done)
A touch of real butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni. Drain and set aside in large bowl. Put dab of butter in. Take half the cheeses and add, also add salt and pepper to taste (macaroni should still be hot, so when you stir it, the cheese should start to melt).
Put macaroni mixture in a cassarole or glass baking dish. Take remaining cheese and top over macaroni. Slowly pour milk into glass dish, just covering macaroni. Bake 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly, and macaroni seems done.
