Hey guys!
Well I have a recipe for veggie pesto pizza that I make, I presonally love it, and if you like veggies and pesto you might think its good yourself!!
Pizza dough (homemade, bought or even ready to top pizza crust)
1 jar prepared pesto
1 small bottle of Hidden valley ranch dressing
1 tomato (plum tomatoes hold shape while cutting best)
1 red onion
1 zucchini
1 bag of baby spinach leaves
1 fresh garlic
1 container fresh sliced mushrooms (not canned!!)
2 bags mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees
In a medium bowl, mix to taste the ranch dressing and pesto (once cooked you would never know the ranch is what makes this creamy)
Dice the tomatoes, slice the zuchinni, dice the garlic, dice or slice the onion to your liking, and set aside with the mushrooms
Wash spinach and remove stems
Take prepared sauce and spread over pizza crust.
Top over it with spinach (not too thick-just enough to cover sauce)
Take the zucchini that is sliced and spread out like you would peperoni
Then take your toppings-tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, and onions and spread evenly (not too much veggies will let out some juice when cooked-you don't want a runny pizza)
Then cover with your mozzarella
Bake until cheese is melted and crust looks done to your liking.
Enjoy!
