Acne Cleansing Salad
This salad is designed to restore proper bowel flora and cleanse the bowels.
1-2 tablespoons olive oil (or flax)
1-2 tablespoons Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped raw, fresh garlic
1-2 tablespoons chopped, raw fresh onion - white or yellow
Plenty of salad greens, bitter greens, can use spinach too
1 carrot, grated.
Whisk oil and vinegar and toss all to combine and enjoy!

I just thought I'd say that I've been eating this, not every day or anything, but added it to one of my regular throw together salad. My skin actually has improved. Crazy.

Hmmm I can't eat raw onion - I taste it for HOURS afterwards and God knows what my breath is like. Strangely, raw garlic has NO after effects whatsoever.

I LOVE raw onion, sliced up in salads or sprinkled over a lean hamburger But you're right: the smell is awful, so I only eat it when I know we're not going anywhere and aren't expecting anyone. Yes, I love it so much, that one day a week we block a day so I can stink away
