Default Berried Treasure Pie

Berried Treasure Pie

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps milk
1 ready made graham cracker crust
1 cup halved fresh strawberries
1 8oz ctn cool whip
1 pkg Jello Lemon instant pudding mix
1 cup Milk

Beat cream cheese and sugar and 2 tbsp milk until smooth. Spread on bottom of crust. Arrange strawberries over the cream cheese layer. Prepare pudding with 1 cup milk. Fold in cool whip and spoon over strawberries. Chill until set, or about 2 hours

I sometimes put some extra strawberries on top, and/or some more graham cracker crumbs. I make mine with all low fat/fat free ingredients, and it turns out super yummy. The fat free items only make the top layer not set as well but it's still good...(I'm having a teensy slice right now with a glass of wine. YUUUUMMMMMM)
