Surprisingly good and No Carbs! It's not a crispy base but it's very good and better than no pizza at all!
Break small cauliflower into florets and microwave until soft but not soggy.
Add a handful of grated cheese and a beaten egg and blitz in food processor or with stick blender until almost smooth.
Put on BAKING PAPER on a baking tray or pizza stone and form/press into a thin "pizza" base.
Put in a HOT oven for about 20mins until golden and "set".
Being out and add pizza toppings of your choice.
Return to oven for another few minutes until ready.
