I make something similar to this with black beans, corn, avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and dressing of Good Seasons with oil and vinegar. It is always a hit and I rarely have any leftovers when I make it. I serve it with tortilla chips.

What is this stuff served with?

This sounds so good, no reason to make it though. Maybe I'll have people over for movies so I can have an excuse

I was just going to make a thread on this..saw a recipe and wanted to know what people have had it. This thread came up in the search so will post in it instead.

The recipe I saw mentioned chunks of avocado. sounded more like chuckpony's version..except there were both hot and mild chopped peppers..and the corn was grilled and there was cayenne pepper in it. Also the beans were pinto beans.

anyone got any feedback on this?
