Default What are some of the best recipes you've discovered online?

Mine is this Quick Chicken Curry, which the title is actually quite deceiving because it's not actually quite quick.

This Chilli Chocolate Mousse, but I'd recommend leaving out the chilli.

And right now, it's blazing hot, and I have discovered Mango Lassi is fucking awesome on a hot day!

    So what are yours?

    Links would be nice!

Edit: Oh, and these Peanut Butter Cookies and Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss Balls.

As you can tell I frequent taste.com a lot lol.

A recipe called "Awesome Jelly Thumbprints", I don't even recall where I found the recipe. It's kind of become a tradition for me to make these for Christmas; they're a tad bit more time consuming than other cookies I make, but everyone loves them and looks forward to me making them, lol!

I just tried this recipe today, and was kind of skeptical given how few ingredients there are and the fact you mix everything in a blender; but, it was super easy and they came out great:

I really need to buy a nonstick muffin pan, though, lol!

I got the faux-KFC chicken recipe from recipezaar.com. It's now called food.com and I cannot find it. But I've made it several times and it comes quite close to the original recipe taste. You oven-fry it.

I bookmarked this page a long time ago, though I don't think I've even tried any of the recipes yet, lol! It has a KFC chicken recipe, but the instructions call for frying in oil, so I don't know if it's anything like BITTER had:

The biggest win I've found online lately has to be Nigella's Chocolate Guinness Cake. I adore her descriptions, and it is literally the most delicious chocolate cake I've ever tasted. Super simple to make, too. I wanted to do the Guinness thing as a novelty for my husband, I didn't expect it to be so absolutely amazingly perfect.

I do a similar one which uses mayo instead of yogurt.

If you're looking for the quickest, easiest & tasty cake recipe, here it is..

Take a box of Angel Food Cake mix (just the contents of the box, no need to follow the directions on the box), & combine it with a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in its own juice.
(No need to use a mixer, just stir it with a spoon) When you do this, something magical happens.
The mixture starts to froth & it turns into an amazingly airy, fluffy bowl of deliciousness right before your eyes.
    Once it's all mixed up,grease and simply pour it into a 9 x 13 cake pan & bake 350 for 30 minutes
