    Default Spicy Broiled Shrimp

    2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Tbsp of melted Ghee or butter (Optional)
    2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
    2 Tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
    1/2 tsp of Dill
    Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
1/2-1 lb of Shrimp - Peeled, De-Tailed, De-veined, thawed (I buy them already like this because I don't have time to stand around peeling shrimp all damn day, and neither do y'all)

    1. When shrimp are thawed, sprinkle the creole seasoning, dill, and parsley and let it sit.
    2. Pre-heat your broiler
    3. In a bowl or dish, mix lemon juice, olive oil, butter, garlic and worcestshire sauce
    4. Add shrimp and mix well
    5. Arrange shrimp on a foil-lined 9 x 13 casserole dish
    6. Broil for 7-8 minutes

And they taste good enough to slap your mama, trust and believe! You don't have to use butter if you don't want to, but they do give the shrimp a very rich flavor. You can blot them with a paper towel or use a slotted spoon to collect them rather than let them sit in the oils and grease the entire time.

Damn. This sounds amazing. We love seafood around this house. I sometimes steam a bunch of shrimp with Old Bay and peel 'em and eat. This sounds so yummy. Bet it would be good with some nice carbs...some pasta or a chunk of bread. I think I might try this over the weekend.

Yum, thanks Hustle! Next time I make shrimp, I'll try this.

I think I'm the only one who finds cleaning shrimp relaxing.
