Gooey Cinnamon Rolls
1 (7.5 ounce) Can Pillsbury Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
1/4 Cup Splenda Granular
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
40 Miniature Marshmallows
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 10 wells of a 12-hole muffin pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle. In a small bowl combine Splenda and cinnamon. Dip each biscuit into the cinnamon/Splenda mixture. Place 4 marshmallows into the center of each biscuit. Bring the edges up to form balls and pinch to seal. Place each in a prepared muffin well, seam side down. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove rolls from pan immediately and cool slightly on a wire rack. Don't over cook or the Marshmallows will disappear

As you can see these are very simple and pretty tasty without all the fat and sugar. I made them with some kids the other day and they really enjoyed making them.
I'm a Stevia user so I substituted it for the Splenda.

Re: Gooey Cinnamon Rolls
I think I'm going to make these for inventory on Wednesday night. It will be nice to have a little marshmallowy sugar rush around midnight

Re: Gooey Cinnamon Rolls
Forget 'Buns of Steel', it's 'Buns of Cinnamon' for me!

Re: Gooey Cinnamon Rolls
I made them today and they are yummy, but I followed the recipe exactly and the marshmallows still totally disappeared. Still tastes good, but they're like a hollowed out cinnamon sugar biscuit

I use crescent rolls instead. They're easier to wrap around the marshmallow
