    Préparation : 20 mn
    Cuisson : pas de suisson

    Ingrédients (pour 6 personnes) :

    - 3 jaunes d'oeufs - 3 eggs

Beat the eggs with the sugar just enough to obtain a light paste. Mix all of it with the mascarpone and whipped creme fraiche.

In a rectangular pan (not too big), alternate one layer of lady fingers lightly dipped in the coffee (a few seconds) with the egg and cream mixture above.

Mettre au réfrigérateur pendant au moins trois heures.

Put in the refrigerator for no less than three hours.

Saupoudrer de cacao amer avant de servir.

Sprinkle the cocoa on top and serve.

    Thanks a million missbazilb
I have to add I use soy cream instead of real cream, the taste of the tiramisu stays the same but it's a lot lighter on the stomach!!

just one thing, it's 3 egg yolks (jaunes d'oeufs), not 3 eggs.

Om nom nom, this looks very easy and I flove Tiramisu. Anyone know what kind of coffee I should use? Is it espresso?

    Yes, cold espresso.

Also, this recipe is missing the booze!!! Marsala goes in the egg yolk/mascarpone mixture and rum goes in the coffee.
