I tried this recipe a couple of months ago, and my friends inhaled the first batch, so I sent the hubby to the store for more ingredients, and those disappeared, too!

Two packages crescent rolls (generic actually worked best for me)


1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup Miracle Whip (not mayo!)
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 box of chopped spinach (thawed and liquid pressed out)

Mix all filling ingredients together in a bowl. Cut each piece of crescent roll dough in half lengthwise (so you make little rolls!), and place a teaspoonful or so of the mixture on the wide end, and roll it up. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 or 400 (depending on your oven) until the crescent roll is golden brown. Serve immediately.
