Fatty and deep fried but so so good!
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
1 egg beaten
1/4 pound shrimp diced
1/4 pound scallops diced
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Oil for deep frying
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix water and egg. Combine with flour mixture to form a smooth batter. Add shrimp, scallops and green onions. Refrigerate one hour. Preheat oil in heavy skillet or deep fryer to 350. Drop seafood batter by tablespoons into heated oil and fry until golden brown.
