I'm going to be making cake balls for a bake sale on Saturday (cake balls are those weird, trendy things that are cake mashed up with frosting, rolled in a ball and dipped in some kind of coating).
I think I'm going to do 2 different flavors. I'm pretty sure 1 of them is going to be red velvet cake mixed with cream cheese frosting and dipped in regular chocolate. The other one I'm thinking either lemon cake/frosting dipped in white chocolate or carrot cake/cream cheese frosting dipped in white chocolate.
Which should I do? or other suggestions?
