I thought I posted this here,and maybe I did, but I can't find it to bump for the dieters, and for all...so here it is:


canned or jar of roasted peppers (or freshly roasted if you are that gourmet)
lite sour cream

blend in blender or food processor serve at room temp....yummy!!!

Sorry no measurements, I usually use more cream than pepper, but it is a peronal thing, so just add more of one or the other to taste.
