Default Roasted Kale Chips are like crack!!

I can't stop eating this! We've gone through all the kale in the garden and are now buying it.

Stem and tear up a head of kale. Put through a salad spinnier and get it as dry as possible.

Toss with olive oil and a little salt.

Spread out on a baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees turning when it get's crispy(about 7 minutes). Do not let it get brown or it will taste badl.

This does sound good. Have to see if we have any in the local store.

Sounds good & good for you. I have to try this. Do you dip it in hot sauce?

i love them, too! they're also good with a little bit of grated parmigiano-reggiano sprinkled on then, in addition to the oil and salt.

I don't dip them but I am going to go through my spice blends and see what else is good on them.
