I can't stop eating this! We've gone through all the kale in the garden and are now buying it.
Stem and tear up a head of kale. Put through a salad spinnier and get it as dry as possible.
Toss with olive oil and a little salt.
Spread out on a baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees turning when it get's crispy(about 7 minutes). Do not let it get brown or it will taste badl.
