Default My most favourite chicken recipe ever

Its to spice up a simple chicken salad.

Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast
1/2 teaspoon crushed chilli
1/2 teaspoon ginger
a touch of tobasco
enough lime juice to taste.

Cut the chicken into strips, combine all the other ingredients mix the chicken strips into the mix and cook.

For the salad I like to combine baby spinach, mint, some other mixed salad greens, some avacado, walnuts, cherry tomatos, fire grapes and cucumber. If you dont like the spice just add the chilli to taste and leave out the tobasco or have some greek styled yogurt with it.

Oh man! Another one to try. I love lime juice on so many things so I'm sure this is going to be great.

Yeah, the lime juice sounds good, but I need to know exact specifics so I don't screw it up. I've lately been thinking of learning to cook new things.

I just cook it in a pan with about a teaspoon of olive oil. When I gave the recipie to a friend she actually used a sandwhich maker to cook it in, however my friends are all nuts and a little olive oil never hurt anyone.

Crushed Chilli is like..chilli paste only its rough with the seeds and chunks of the flesh.

Lime or lemon juice enhances almost any flavour. I squeeze lemon juice on my veggies or on salads and it's a lot less fattening than butter.

You can buy chilil flakes at any supermarket. I've also added soy sauce to chicken recipes like this just for a change. And marinating it in a plastic bag even for half an hour makes the flavour pop.

this sounds amazing. it's funny, the fresh produce supermarket opened a kitchen of gourmet type food and they are serving something similar this week, a ginger lime chicken salad with a yogurt base. i want to give it a try but i def am going to make it myself. no sense paying for takeaway when i can do it just as well myself.
