I just finished making a low fat version of this for our Valentines Day dinner. This is an just super easy dessert that tastes wonderful. Great to make for company or any time you need to come up with a dessert that looks complicated but you have no time.
1 Angel Food cake, purchased or bake your own
8 ounces of Cream Cheese
3 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
Juice from 4 Lemons
2 Packs Frozen Strawberries, thawed out before using
Cut or tear angel food cake into pieces and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Put cream cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice in blender or food processor and mix until well blended. Pour over angel food cake pkeces. Pour thawed strawberries and juice over cake mixture. Chill for 1 hour and serve. If you can make this ahead of time by at least four hours the longer it chills, the better. Refrigerate.
