1/2 lb jack cheese
1/2 lb sharp chedder
1 lb can green chiles drained ( I use food processor to dice them)
1 Tablespoon flour
5 eggs ( eggbeater southwestern style is yummo)
Preheat oven to 375
In a pirex 8x9 dish:
Mix cheese and chile
In a seperate bowl
mix eggs and flour
Pour over cheese mixture
Bake @375 for 40-50 minutes or until browned
