I had this in Kenya years ago and had to get the recipe for myself. This is something I eat a lot, diet or no diet.
2 ripe mangos peeled and flesh cut into cubes
2 ripe avocados peeled and flesh cut into cubes
1 ripe papaya peeled and flesh cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of sugar (I usually use raw sugar if possible)
3 tablespoons of lime juice.
Mix it all together and let it sit in the refrigerator several hours before serving.
